Answer 1:

Yes.  Fire Flame Stoves incorporate the latest auto light technology into each and every pellet stove we build. It should also be noted that we use a much more expensive lighter/ignitor which is imported from Italy and is guaranteed for over 3,000 lightings. Our competitors use cheaper lighter/ignitors made in Asia which are not nearly as good!

Answer 2:

Yes. Fire Flame Stoves have an electronic 'brain' that can be programmed to turn the stove on or off at any time of day that you desire and for as long or short of a period of time time that suits your particular and individual specific needs.

Yes. Fire Flame Stoves have advanced electronics which can indeed be programmed differently for each and every day of the week, so that it suits your particular and individual specific needs and/or work schedules.

Answer 4:

Fire Flame Stoves are the BEST VALUE pellet stoves on the market!  We know that our stoves aren’t the cheapest, but we didn’t try to be!  We spared no expense to provide the quality and craftsmanship our customers deserve. We import Italian igniters guaranteed for 3,000 lightings! We import German ceramic glass rated at 2,000 degrees! We import American made High-Heat paint for durability, and we also install blower motors from an American company for reliability! Sure, these quality components cost us more money, but they provide our customers with the durability and reliability they deserve and have come to expect from Fire Flame Stoves!

Answer 5:

Although it is difficult to answer that particular question without knowing your exact situation or any of the pertinent details, such as square footage and insulation ratings for your house, or any other similar type area that you need to heat such as a cabin, workshop or garage, we can safely say that, according to the feedback and other testimonials we have received from our customers, they are very happy that their Fire Flame Stove DOES do the job it was designed to do, and that it does indeed heat the entire area they purchased it for.

Answer 6:

Currently, Fire Flame Stoves offers just two different models of pellet stoves and one multi-fuel stove, which can burn corn, wheat, cherry pits, sorghum AND wood pellets. Our smaller BLUE RIDGE model is rated at 30,000 BTUs and will heat up to 1,500 square feet.  Our Corn Flame Multi-Fuel Pellet Stove will heat up to 2,000 square feet, and our Fire Flame BIGHORN model pellet stove is rated at 50,000 BTUs and will heat up to 2,500 square feet.

 Our NEW Stainless Vent Kit is the absolute best and most efficient venting system available in the world!  It is also the SAFEST!  This all new, 100% Stainless Steel Venting Kit, is absolutely the "State of the Art" in Venting Systems! Most other venting systems on the market today, require you to cut out two separate holes in your outside wall; one for the exhaust and a separate one for the fresh air intake.  Our proprietary Direct Venting System brings in fresh, outside air for combustion while using a revolutionary new design utilizing ONLY ONE 5 inch wall opening, which makes venting your stove as simple as venting a dryer!

Answer 9:

Fire Flame Stoves uses UPS Freight exclusively for the shipping of our stoves. Our cheapest shipping option is our Standard Shipping option, which simply means we will deliver your stove to the nearest UPS Freight terminal for customer pick up, or the stove can be delivered to any Commercial/Business shipping address that has a loading dock. We also offer a Residential Shipping option, as well as Lift Gate Service option, for a small extra fee. We usually ship all Fire Flame Stove orders within 24 hours of payment! Transit times can vary anywhere from 2 days to 4 days depending on your location within the Continental US or Canada.


Limited Warranty

PRODUCTS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover the following: Standard or optional gold, glass or gasket material and will not cover any damage and/or failure caused by abuse or improper use or improper installation of the product covered.

WARRANTY PERIOD

For the period of the first one year from the date of purchase, we will replace or repair, at our option, any part defective in materials or workmanship affecting the operation of the heating system. Only the costs of the parts are included. The customer pays any labor or transportation charges.

CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

(A) There is no other expressed warranty. All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness and use are limited to the duration of this limited warranty.

(B) The manufacturer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the product including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of malfunction or non-use.

(C) This warranty applies only to parts or components which are defective and does not cover repairs necessary due to normal wear, misuse, accidents or lack of proper maintenance.

Return Policy

FIRE FLAME STOVES GLADLY ACCEPTS RETURNS OF ANY UNUSED PRODUCT WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE FOR NO HASSLE REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.

AFTER 30 DAYS, IF AN ITEM BECOMES DEFECTIVE, THE PRODUCT WARRANTY WILL BE ENFORCED.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER, INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

CREDITS WILL BE PLACED ON THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE, AND WILL COVER ALL MERCHANDISE ONLY; NOT THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

ALLOW TWO TO THREE BILLING CYCLES FOR THE CREDIT TO APPEAR ON YOUR STATEMENT.

THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNED ORDERS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

IF YOU EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT FOR ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE, THE RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE WAIVED.

YOU WILL NEED A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA) IN ORDER TO RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE TO US.

RGA NUMBERS ARE ONLY ISSUED VIA E-MAIL FOR AUTHENTICATION AND VERIFICATION PURPOSES.

BE SURE ALL THE RETURN CRITERIA MENTIONED ABOVE ARE MET. PLEASE WRITE THE RGA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE AND INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE.
